- 1 minute sumo squat hold
- Body weight squat for entirety of commercial break #1
- 25 curtsey squats (each side)

- 20 lunges (each side)
- 20 tricep dips
- Supermans for entirety of commercial break #2
- 1 minute butt kickers
- 1 minute wall sit
- 50 crunches
- 30 bicep curls
